OLUSOLA VINCENT OLOGUN

Olushola Vincent Ologun is the Director of Operations and Technical Services of Palmadex Group. He has over 32 years of experience spanning Production Management, Quality Control and Assurance, Safety Health and Environmental Management, learning and training, Human Resource Management and administration in the manufacturing sector.
He started his career as a Quality Control Chemist in cocoa industry before joining multi chemist industries in 1993 as a production supervisor where he rose to become production Manager and head of Operation safety health and Environment, currently serving as General Manager, human resources, Administration and regulatory affairs, a position he assumed since 2011.
He is a graduate of Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management in Nigeria Institute of Journalism, MBA in Marketing Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

He had also attended various leadership and specialization courses in quality control, Production Management, Industrial relation, ISO certified, ISO auditing, Human Resources, Administration, security and community development.
A fellow member of Chartered Institute of Human Resources of Nigeria, Institute of Administration and Management of Nigeria, Institute of chartered Chemistry of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Learning and Training Development member.
He is a resource person in many training on human resources, conflict resolution, grievances procedure etc.
He is a council member of Manufacturing Association of Nigeria, Chairman of health safety and environment committee of Manufactures Association of Nigeria.
National Vice chairman of committee of Human Resource Practitioner in Chemical and Non Metallic Employer’s Federation.
